The architect

Roman Ochelo. Clarity is the real superpower.

I build the trust infrastructure behind premium businesses.

The belief

Uncertainty destroys value.

Clarity creates trust.

Trust creates opportunity.

The work, opened up.

Strategy becomes valuable when it can be seen, used and trusted. Open a project to follow the thinking through to the expression.

The eye

Before the machine, there was the frame.

Ochelo Studio, Leeds, 2018 to 2020. Composite portraiture: each frame began as a written idea, a mood and a model, then was staged, lit, shot and finished by hand into a single image. Five collections and a book. The tools have changed since. The eye has not.

The studio

Made with the machine. Held to the standard.

Most of what is in these films was generated, and none of it is careless. Faces, voices and wardrobe are locked and written down, so a character is the same person in every frame and a brand is the same brand in every scene. It is the coherence I build into a business, applied to a person, at the speed of a render. The same pipeline now makes micro films: short stories for brands, and for their own sake.

  1. Taken to Work

    For
    Mr Rocca London
    Year
    2026
    Length
    40 seconds

The Ochelites, six generated women, are collected by Mr Ochelo and fitted for bespoke power suits. Every frame and every voice generated, including the host.

  2. Build What Outlives You

    For
    Exec Branch
    Year
    2026
    Length
    64 seconds

The commercial for the Legacy Conference, fifth edition. One woman walks through the rooms where women build what outlives them. Fully generated.

  3. Litany

    For
    Nehutsika
    Year
    2026
    Length
    15 seconds

The trailer for a Nehutsika micro-drama built on repetition. A letter, a signature, and a city under the arch. Every frame generated.

  4. Dating, Actually

    For
    Danai
    Year
    2026
    Length
    30 seconds

The product film for Danai, a compatibility-first dating app: heritage, curated selections, and every date managed in one place. Interface and motion design, not a generated film.

  5. Two ways to have this. A digital twin built and run for you, or the method taught so you can run it yourself.

    Work with meInfinite Look
  1. Stage 1

    See it clearly

We surface the real constraint, define the decision and agree what success means.

  2. Stage 2

    Make it coherent

Identity, offer, systems and experience are aligned around one standard.

  3. Stage 3

    Build it properly

You see the work take shape. Decisions stay documented and handovers stay clean.

  4. Stage 4

    Leave stronger

You receive a system your team can understand, use and extend.

Working together

What it feels like when the work makes sense.

You will always know what we are solving, why it matters and what happens next.

Who I am

Every project
was the same project.

I’m a brand architect and creative technologist. I started behind cameras, directing commercials and music videos and shooting fashion. I ended up building entire businesses: identities, websites, platforms, CRMs, AI systems and payment flows. Lately the identities I build include people’s own: digital twins that front their businesses on screen.

Somewhere along the way I noticed every project was the same project. Founders don’t lack talent or ambition. They lack coherence: a business where the identity, the offer, the systems and the customer experience all agree with each other. So that became the work: removing the doubt that stops people believing in good businesses.

Most of my independent work has been with African and diaspora founders building in the UK, US and Southern Africa. I believe Africa deserves businesses built to the highest global standard, and I intend to prove it, one brand at a time.

The standard

The enemy is “anything will do.”

  • Unstated prices.
  • Vague promises.
  • Broken handovers.
  • Businesses that look expensive and operate like amateurs.

Everything must agree.

I document the fight against it, starting with my own businesses.

Make it make sense.
